Users say... "Poor management from all the way at the top." "Low salary; Many responsibilities from other departments; Low expectations for growth; No career plan." "I know a few managers who worked long time and all of a sudden they get terminated, the reason is 'Restructuring'." "It is so bad, no one is happy, everyone hates each other, and will stab you right in your face, everyone lies blames someone else instead of fixing the problem, they are going backwards, employees are leaving in grooves, hostile environment, bulling, favoritism and what's worse you can't even go to there lousy rotten HR Group the suck, they are not for the employees at all, the are solely for the management, I cannot say enough negative demeaning, disrespectful, disgraceful, unacceptable behavior, by adults, it's an absolute hell hole nightmare, the insensitive management that think thier little bit of power really means something, they are laughed at, the management gets a cruise while the real workers just keep working and get nothing or less, once all the experience leaves they will be so screwed, they will shut down faster then you can say STFU, I can go on + on, but I think you got the point!" "Upper management is more concerned with getting product out the door, and not worried about the conditions the additional stress of the increased workload is causing."
