      Pros

      Improved employee benefits for staff rates at hotels, including family and friends. Culture is improving, but slowly, as the company becomes more centralised and integrated.

      Cons

      Can be very hierarchical at times in such a large, worldwide company, and the salaries paid in regional offices can often be lower than those in the US
