Hilton has a clear and strong vision where the company is going. It is up-to-date and leads the trend. The company engaged me in everyway - culture,activities,initiatives and being an HR and Training, we engaged in many of activities that made us feel that we are not only a hospitality company but we do care for things and people around. This has changed my perceptions towards works that life is not just about getting paid by money but if it has fulfilled our lives in other ways an you can return something back to people and community, this is more a rewarding work. Hilton does care how we take care our team members and encourages us to must do good things to our team. They aim high to be best and we are thrilled waiting to see how the company is growing up.
