      They treat staff pretty well. Very good traveling program, able to stay in Hilton hotels for very cheap rates.

      Cons

      Average to low salary for a hotel company.

      Pros

      I work at Ballpark Hilton in St. Louis, MO temporarily during the Summer. The employees are great and fun. I meet fun guests.

      Cons

      As a career, hourly pay would be too low.
