      It is a large company with many opportunities worldwide. There are opportunities to grow within the company, either internally in one property or within other properties. Regionally or Inter Continental. Large diversity of working environment properties, from the varied brands with Hilton, giving an opportunity to many cultures to work at.

      Cons

      Being such a large company worldwide, there are challenges in hiring always talented Team Members. Many different cultures of Team members, there are times that is difficult to keep everyone satisfied

      Pros

      I work at Ballpark Hilton in St. Louis, MO temporarily during the Summer. The employees are great and fun. I meet fun guests.

      Cons

      As a career, hourly pay would be too low.
