      Pros

      Good progression for career, opportunities world wide if you are willing to travel and live abroad. Wide range of brands to work for.

      Cons

      Long hours, average pay but this is the industry - pay and benefits improve slightly with seniority. Some of the brands are not as prestigious or cool as the competitors.
