Pros
Work/Life balance, travel benefits, the ability to build your own schedule and being able to work remote from the comfort of your home office. Opportunities for advancement.
Cons
As a remote employee, there were rare opportunities to meet or have the ability to work with your coworkers as one would in an office environment. Our team meetings were always over the phone rather than using zoom or video conferencing. There were times it felt as if you were on an island, left to fend for yourself without a support system. The companies computer system was convoluted, forcing you to log in to many sites, programs or pages to find information needed. Low wage increases.
