Pros
The leadership really does want what's best for the Team Members. They bend over backwards accommodating them. The flexibility is unlike anything I've ever experienced with another employer. They really do promote a culture of inclusion and camaraderie.
Cons
Chaos abounds from the Executives on down. The give direction, so the teams work in that direction. Then, suddenly, out of nowhere, the direction changes...over and over and over. Millions, if not billions, of dollars are wasted in shifting directions and priorities. If you can learn to roll with it, it's a great place to be, but if you like clear direction, it'll drive you mad! Oh, and the pay is pretty low too.
