I don't know where to start from... -The staff food is absolutely awful and it's usually just chips! -The management cares only about profits and that is it... No staff recognition or anything like that... You can be better than anyone you will still get nothing extra and sometimes get pushed because you are the one that can work a lot. -For a supervising position you get 5% more than a casual worker (minimum wage) -None of the higher managers care about what customers think and feel, all they care is about the numbers and that is it. -No one in the entire hotel know anything about the Hilton standards or anything like that because 60% of the people in there are totally incompetent. -I don't know how come Hilton Worldwide lets this hotel be operational... (there are so many complaints that come from the customers and no one cares) -It would be better for someone to work in a corner restaurant than this hotel.
