If the property is not outdated, stays up-to renovations, and has a caring management involved, your position and the job environment itself would be great. One helpful way to know if the property you're going to work with would fit into that purpose would be the hotel reviews.
Cons
Needs better pay. Definitely better pay. We're talking hospitality, we're talking professionalism and that should definitely come with attractive pay.
