      Consistent schedule Down time to do homework Discounted rate for team members and family

      Cons

      No improvement to the hotel with constant complaints from guests about maintenance issues, both elevators constantly down and key card problems Only myself during the night no security on the property with constant break in the parking lot in a downtown area

      Pros

      I work at Ballpark Hilton in St. Louis, MO temporarily during the Summer. The employees are great and fun. I meet fun guests.

      Cons

      As a career, hourly pay would be too low.
