Business Outlook
Pros
Work is fairly simple. Employees and managers are friendly. Atmosphere is very comfortable. Excellent learning opportunity to cross train into other fields of the establishment.
Cons
Pay is extremely low. Management is very loose, weak and too relaxed. Many policies arent enforced at all which results in many problems and overall failure on the hotel. Management has been the same for 30+ years resulting in many lower workers never being able to be promoted on an equal level.
