Cons
Pretty much everything you think of. Poor management, lack of teamwork, lack of morale. Also we finally just got purchased by a new company. That is a good thing because the last two owners drove this place into the ground. The restaurant I work for the roof collapsed over 18 months ago and they haven't done anything. We have been serving out of a trailer AKA Roach Coach! Now are building is going to be knocked down and they want us to serve out of this little shed. This place is a complete joke! The only good news is in about 2 years are 100 million renovation will be complete. Unfortunately I don't think I can make it that long. I have worked for the Hilton for 17 years but don't think I'm going to be here much longer.
