Pros
The best general manager I've ever met. Job is fun and super easy and relaxed. Half the time you're at a desk and the other half you're taking care of events. One on one interaction with guests.
Cons
The pay isn't great, but for the amount of work that you're doing, it's fair. it's great experience that you can use to help you with future positions. Great if someone is just starting out and wanting to know how to run events. Not much room for promotion.
