Pros
I am able to make my own schedule which is very beneficial for myself and my lifestyle. They are very flexible with days off, time worked and sometimes just needing that extra day to recharge.
Cons
At times short staffed which means working in other areas including my own. For instance there is no banquet caption and at times have to set up and break down banquets.
