Smaller company so not a whole lot of different opportunities...really not any true cons.

Project are always coming through the door and the market is growing rapidly. Business is owned by a great guy and the whole company constantly works together to solve problems. There are no "it's not my job"-ers

If traveling it will be done on the road and the usual travel time is between 2 and 4 hours done in three day loops. Travel is about 20% of the time.
