Pros

Some colleagues were kind and collaborative, and the pace of work can be engaging for someone who enjoys being constantly busy.

Cons

The management is extremely biased and operates with a clear preference toward Chinese employees. It often felt like the company was being run under a completely different set of standards for those employees—where mistakes were overlooked and behavior unchecked. Meanwhile, others faced disproportionately harsh consequences for much less. There’s a deep lack of respect for personal boundaries. If you're salaried, be prepared to be contacted late at night, early in the morning, on weekends, and even during holidays—with the full expectation that you’ll respond. There's no real regard for work-life balance or your time outside of work. Management often sends emails and immediately follows up with text messages or phone calls if there’s no response—regardless of whether the employee is off-duty, on vacation, or it’s a holiday weekend. This creates a constant state of stress and anxiety, making it difficult to truly disconnect and recharge.
