They don't value the employees work (bonuses are provided, but no true encouragements and ). They organize meetings that contains only a bit of meaningful information. - Communication issues between departments and management: Some hardly speak or understand English, some managers act as if they were managing a big company and treat employees differently based on their position - Salary is low comparatively with other places - Many unhappy employees left and leave every month
