Unstable and every year starting 2015 restructuring happend on March 31 and people are laid off and hiring opens for new opportunities.this was the case every year. expected to take calls very early morning or very late. Manager expects you to sit and work for a minimum 12 hours and if left early is considered as a commitment issue and taken into consideration for yearly review.All projects taken are either not good or expected to have a working hours of more than 12 hours with a minimum of 7 hours of meeting.
