They have something called "Free Address" where you are not allowed to sit in the same seat you sat yesterday. There is no assigned seating, and you are to sit randomly across different departments everyday. If you are an HR, you have Finance guy next to your right, and Advertising guy sitting on your left. It's dumb; and the company expects you to keep things confidential among departments. (Yes, you have to hide documents on table with your arms while working)
