Slooooooow growth Criteria on promotion is not applicable to all, promotion is not based on performance but the biggest factor is “does your team needs it?” Team with multiple turnovers due to poor mgmt dont have any sanction, but members wearing decent tshirt can have suspension because you have to learn the hard way A tendency to be working more than what your designation describes but will only meets their expectations for you not to demand for compensation
