I have been working with Hitachi Solutions for last four years, form the time of its establishment in India and was one of the very 1st batch of employees with whom the company started its operations here. Hence it is obvious that I have a very special feeling for the organisation in my heart. But honestly, it is a true blue Japanese company with very deep technological inclination it has and high level of work ethics it maintains. Here are my personal reasons why I would recommend Hitachi Solution to work with: 1. Very transparent work culture and rich with values 2. Top management of the organization is very open to every levels of the employees, recognizes as well as appreciates every employees’ contribution 3. An excellent mid-level management to carry forward the company’s legacy 4. The organization as a whole emphasises more on team work, share its success among all and provides exceptional opportunities to grow professionally 5. The company also ensures the learning curve of its employee are always high by providing effective training and international exposures 6. The process of ‘Award and Recognition’ is one of the most transparent and appreciated initiatives 7. Every single operational and business activities are process oriented 8. The organization has achieved a very high growth in last 4 years, ventured into different technologies and created awesome teams across its locations. 9. Employee remunerations and benefits are well taken care of 10.
