Pros
*Work from home, no pressure from management to be present in the office during COVID. *Clear promotional path based on billable hours, and utilization. *The people are sharp, and friendly. Lot's of opportunities to learn. *Lot's of opportunities for internal initatives. The executives are willing to provide resources if you are passionate and would like to spearhead a project outside of normal billable work. *Safe working environment. I have felt well supported as a member of the LGBTQ+ community. *Dynamics time off is nice, executives genuinely care, and want for employees to recharge. *Overall a great opportunity for people to cut their teeth in consulting.
Cons
*Easy to get project fatigue on larger enterprise level projects (1 year + projects). But this comes with most consulting opportunities. *Work hours can be long if you are staffed on 2 projects (working 40 hours of billable time), and also expected to contribute to internal projects. *A relationship based company, it will be important to network with people on your team, and across the organization. While this is the case for many organizations, people who are extraverted will have a better time navigating the company.
