-Had a great Team Lead that more times than not went to bat for us. -Our VP for Project Management, Michael, was pretty good as well. -Competitive Pay -Decent Benefits
Cons
-Senior Exec kept creating new positions and title for themselves while at the same time telling everyone to tighten their belts. -Got rid of all experienced project managers to bring in new ones at sub salaries -Sales continues to oversell while under plan. More times than not, we had to log hours as non billable to client to keep on top. Sales would sell and promise a 40 hour work week but only plan for 20 -Maternity/Paternity leave is abysmal -HR is ruthless, especially the VP -COO is cold, disengaged, and more concerned with looking good to Microsoft than the success of the projects.
