Pros
This company is very flexible with remote work opportunities, time isn't needlessly wasted on meetings, and the company is constantly growing, not to mention you have the opportunity to work on some exciting projects
Cons
The management for the localisation team is hopelessly toxic. The culture used to be transparent and democratic, where everyone's opinion mattered, but recent changes in the management have led to a culture that is abusive and unaccountable. Gaslighting is commonplace in the localization management. Some managers refuse to provide feedback, then blame all their problems on their subordinates, while others are abusive and overstate every little mistake you've made, beating you up for it no matter how insignificant it may be while downplaying your achievements. Criticism and discipline is necessary, but when it's overused and overplayed it loses its power and becomes abuse. In terms of distributing workload, the management also likes to play favourites and offer interesting tasks to people who they like, while leaving others in the lurch with menial tasks without any explanation, and when questioned why, prevaricate and offer excuses. It is a culture that stifles growth and fresh thinking, not encourage it.
