Bad experience overall - Engineer HoYoverse Employee Review

Poor management, which leads to chaotically organized things everywhere. Founders and upper level managers are not entirely sure what they really want. The company expanded way too fast but lacks many important infrastructures. Saw many talented people spinning with not much meaningful tasks to do. Worst supporting human resource staff ever, many are even unprofessional. Not recommend overall.
