Pros

You work in one of the most sccessful game dev. Pretty good starting compensation.

Cons

The whole direction is chaotic and unclear. When you get to middle/higher management, it's all about office politics and power play. Lay-offs are constantly happening. Re-orgs are more than usual. It just feels like the directors are clueless as to where the company is heading.
