Work/Life balance is nonexistent. The company is growing, and growing fast! Unfortunately, it’s shifting from having that “family” feel we used to pride ourselves on. Honestly, it’s starting to almost feel like another big, soulless corporation. I feel like I’m just a number in a staffing spreadsheet. We used to focus on family, relationships and being masters of our craft. Now it’s a bunch of college kids trying to squeeze every last penny of short-term fee they can at any cost.
