      Pros

      Sundays always off and major Holidays always a plus in retail.

      Cons

      Sometimes long hours even if you dont want them. If you get a holiday off you are expected to work an extra day. Yes you get an extra 8 hrs. At straight pay but you have to work an extra day doesn't really fell like a benefit for holiday pay.
