Pros
Great pay, amazing hours, interesting job and generally cool coworkers. It was a fun job as well a great way to pick up a basic and helpful trade. Everyday was in general very different.
Cons
The upper management was awful. Usually they would come in and have changes just for the sake of change while also issuing orders that were always the exact opposite of what they had said the time before. Drama in the workplace was also a giant distraction that was always prevalent.
