      Pros

      They were so concerned about overtime that you knew no matter how awful your day was going to be, you would leave at 5 o'clock. No earlier, no later.

      Cons

      One of the worst jobs I've ever had. The environment in the Art Department is horrible. Completely micro-managed at every level and they never build you up, only put you down.
