Pros
Great hours (mostly during holiday) and pay, even for part time. There is always work to be done and the job is never boring. Added bonus is a great discount on everything in the store.
Cons
The managers expect you to drop everything whenever they need you. They do not hesitate to call you in on your day off and cut your hours when they see fit. Also, if you're great at your job, they'll expect you to do everyone else's too.
