long, long, long hours! all physical labor with maybe 10% time managing. Upper management has NO idea how to speak to people. tactics used are bulling, demeaning and down right harassing! NO support! all stores no matter volume expected to same resets and seasonal moves by same due date, so whether you have 20 employees are 70, all needs to be done at same time! its insane!
