I would rather die than to ever walk into another Hobby Lobby - Department Head Hobby Lobby Employee Review

stay late all the time so don't be fooled that you get off at 8! No pay roll in our low volume store so skeletal crews especially on the weekend. Expectations are way too high for such a small crew. Upper management is never satisfied with anything you do. They def are not family oriented nor do they act Christian at all. They are slave drivers of today!! I have seen employees be forced to come back into work directly from leaving a funeral! Ridic!!! Your job is always being threatened by upper management yet they won't give enough payroll so you can have enough employees to run the store. You will run yourself crazy from the register and back because they don't hire many cashiers. You will have 5 jobs in 7 different areas to do on each shift. Buckle up for a bumpy ride here!! Unless you want to eat, sleep and breathe hobby lobby and have no time or energy for homelife, I suggest to steer clear of this overpriced shady company! They showed racism and favoritism in our location as well!
