In-store management and district managers are always unhappy and operate using negative reinforcement no matter the outcomes. They allow gossip and strife to rule stores. At my location the store manager was having an affair with an employee, she got pregnant with his baby and lost her job. All the employees knew what was going on and Hobby Lobby turned a blind eye. HR is a joke. They actively work against their employees and engage in illegal activities for worker's rights including interfering with paid family and military leave. HR people are not properly trained and do not keep your identity a secret from management even though they say they claim to.
