      Pros

      Few employees promotes a family atmosphere. Work is not particularly stressful. You get to play with a lot of new products.

      Cons

      Lots of Theory X style management. Most of the staff is underpaid. Company is losing money hand-over-fist. Not a bright outlook for the industry.
