Pros
A dynamic and highly organized creative department that is free from the typical hipster boys-club environment of many other agency-like environments. The department is huge and there is no shortage of talent, resources or opportunities for growth. They are very pro-work/life balance. Expect a 40 hour work week most of the time.
Cons
Despite its size, it is a family run business. Priorities are often fickle and some of the staffing decisions are based on cultural "fit," rather than talent or work produced. They often say they want innovation and thinking outside the box, but then reprimand those who present new ideas. But all told, the benefits far outweigh the negatives.
