      Pros

      $10 starting wage for full time employees. very pleasant atmosphere and customers. floor positions are the best... more enjoying than being a stockman or cashier.

      Cons

      You earn "personal" (aka PPTO) days, but you don't get to spend them unless you are sick. No bar codes... It will suck to work here as a cashier, unless you think you'll like typing in prices and departments

      Pros

      Stress Free Job, AWESOME Management. They work with your schedule. I absolutely love working there.

      Cons

      Only thing I can say is just need more hours and wish they gave raises yearly, other than that it's a great place to work.
