Pros
Kept busy, there was always something to do, and customer interaction was kept to a minimum vs working as a cashier. I could focus on my job without getting bored or running out of things to do, and I didn't have to "invent" something to do. My creativity was put to great use, and I often felt a sense of accomplishment. I enjoyed my coworkers, and had a great assistant manager. My shift was morning/day, which was perfect, and didn't change as my time there was temporary. Awesome employee discounts, too.
Cons
Some of the work was a bit taxing, and often meant a delay in a task if I needed assistance. There were obvious cliques within some of the coworkers as well, specifically in some of the higher management, which lead to gossip rather than dealing with issues first hand. I heard more about security cameras being used to spy on employees rather than on customers, which I thought a bit unnerving.
