      Pros

      The pay is good, and you can learn a lot of new things, but that's about it.

      Cons

      Insurance wasn't great. Management wasn't great. There was a lot of favoritism and a lot of forced overtime. Turnover was insane because of treatment of employees. Lots of conflict too.
