Pros
Sundays closed, but you spend the whole day in bed resting your body to go back to work again the next week.
Cons
They lie to you about the positions you will supposedly "get" to do. They will make you stay in a position because the company needs you in that area, despite what you actually applied for or what you have requested numerous times. Unwilling to work with you and your needs. this job will drain you physically, spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. Managers do not delegate job tasks based on the skills of the person. They advanced people who are popular and not based on their actual skills or wisdom. They do not, I repeat, do not live out a Christian lifestyle.I accepted this job and signed a paper saying I agreed to living out certain Christian lifestyles, only to find that 80% of staff there absolutely do not follow this. They made the job sound wonderful when you are hired, but you work extremely long hours and long times after the store is closed. It is a lot of physical and on your feet work. Most of the employees rely on Tylenol, Etc just to make it through a shift. A lot of people complain about being sore. Corporate has ridiculous rules like only having so many full-time employees at once, which completely eliminates the option to rotate people on cash registers. They do not delegate tasks in a professional or a manner that makes sense. Burnout, burnout, burnout, no family life allowed. Sundays a day off? Yeah right, you are so tired that you cannot enjoy it. They lie to you about your pay and others make more than you who are not as smart. This job is absolutely not worth the mental or spiritual and emotional stress. If you want to keep your sanity and not become an alcoholic or addicted to pain meds, do not work here.
