Cons
- Upper management continually cuts hours of part time employees to save money so not enough hours for part time employees - This means there aren’t enough employees at each shift so the employees that are at the shift have to do 2x the work. - Because part time hours are being cut full time employees are having to do the work of part timers which takes away from the jobs the full time associates are supposed to be doing - Customers plus the exhaustive workload make this a high stress level job - Feel exhausted after every single shift -During October - January employees are kept at work until nearly midnight, especially on the weekends. - Very little room for career advancement
