Confused management - Department Head Retail Hobby Lobby Employee Review

The management did not communicate well to anyone. Very little training which makes things very difficult especially if you have to run all over the store to get an answer. My job was to stock, take inventory and order...over and over it was extremely monotonous. I did not work full time so it was impossible to get all of the work finished. Sporadic hours.
