employees feel like a family, fast-paced so the days go really fast, customers are appreciative of your help, flexible schedule

could be better communication between employees and management, was told that full-time positions are hard to come by because of the $10/ hour minimum and that you had to be there three months before you could become full-time, still not sure if I'm going to be full-time or not and will have been there three months in a few weeks, doesn't seem like there is a lot of promotion within
