Pros
The people in the Art/Creative Department that you meet and work with are some of the most talented and friendly people around. The environment is inspiring and made coming to work every day exciting and fun. Their entire system is well-organized and if you know how to work quickly and efficiently, it is pretty easy to complete your deadlines. Despite what people say, they are in fact diverse in who they hire though most of the department is female.
Cons
There is a certain type of creativity they are looking for and the best way I can describe it is to be a "chaotic creative". If you are an "analytical creative" like myself and prefer designing backed by statistics and sufficient reasoning, you won't get it. They have a family mentality but you are a machine and management priority is how the company will prosper and not necessarily how you will prosper. Despite whatever nice things they tell you, 90% of it is for show. The turnover is high here for a reason. At the end of the day, if you are okay with being a machine and spewing out ideas and creativity with no plug, you'll love it here. Otherwise, I don't recommend it for those that don't fit their mold.
