Pros
I really enjoyed my coworkers, and most of the customers who came in were sweet and respectful. Even when someone was rude, it was hard for them to keep it up when faced with an employee who kept a smile on their face.
Cons
The hours at Hobby Lobby were a bit challenging, especially for part-time employees. If you weren’t full-time, you were almost always scheduled on Saturdays. As a college student who didn’t live in the town where I worked, it was difficult to manage time away, especially over the summer. They weren’t very flexible with my schedule, which made me question why they hired students in the first place.
