Lack of raise for current employees - Frame Shop Manager Hobby Lobby Employee Review

Upper management can be difficult to deal with and after being employed for 10 years I stopped getting the same amount of a raise as new people. New hires ended up making the same as I did even though I managed the frame shop. When I asked for a raise I was told the company couldn't afford it.
