Pros

Holder has a lot of young professionals working here who move around together and can have a lot of community within the office Holder seeks to build a team environment in the workplace and although much of your on the job training is self driven because everyone is busy, you don't work on an island. Holder puts a lot of responsibility on young shoulders and gives appropriate compensation (from what I heard, again I am a contracted office engineer). You can advance quickly with Holder if you show initiative and determination.

Cons

Because many people are very young, there is not an over-abundance of experience and it leads to more work for everybody in the end due to things like improper training and lost efficiency. While Holder encourages a "work-life balance" nearly no body exemplifies it on a job site. Don't be surprised if you're working some weekends and average 10-11 hour work days.
