4yWe apologize if you had anything but a positive experience during your time at Holder and cultural foundations of the company were not communicated or witnessed. If you were able to attend the New Associate Forum during your first 6 months of employment, we address the numerous career path options within all Holder’s departments, the family-like culture, and how to successfully begin your career at Holder – including your development and work life balance with your manager. We acknowledge the long hours many projects require to deliver strong results to our clients. Our focus is always the quality of work produced, not the number of hours it took to do the work. We value and support the work-life balance and offer Paid Time Off necessary to keep our associates happy and healthy, and performing their best.
