      Pros

      Resource share across company. One company with very solid support departments and HR. Challenging work day-to-day but your in it with top performers in the industry typically.

      Cons

      With construction a project dynamic is rarely the same so experiences can vary from project teams and jobs to the next ones. Sometimes there are bad apples. Went through my phase of lacking a work life balance. Company has gotten Better over the years with associate experience improvements.
